Our toilet was backed up. Alan not only unclogged it with a snake, but took it apart and really cleaned it out to help diagnose the problem. He determined it wasn't the toilet, but the build up was the issue. This is one problem that misdiagnosed could have become very expensive. Thank you Alan! Great job!!!

Alan was great!!! He came on New Years day. Took are of replacing our water heater. He was on time, cleaned everything up and was very professional. I highly recommend!!

Alan, the owner, was very professional and courteous. He was able to replace our water heater on the same day we called him.
