We needed a new garbage disposal installed. Alan came the same day I called him to inspect the situation and came back the next day with a new garbage disposal. He did a great job and we will definitely be using Springs Plumbing in the future.

I desperately needed a plumber for our leaky shower valve as our plumber was out of town for a week and our Reno people needed done asap to keep going on our job! This company responded immediately and was able to come out same day and fix the leak! I am giving them 5+ stars as not only were they able to come out the same day, he was able to fix my leak that night in less than an hour and no joke for 1/12th yes 1/12th the cost that we got from our usual plumber! He now has all our future plumbing business due to being honest and doing great work and telling us up front what we did and did not need to fix this leak!!! He was amazing and I highly recommend to anyone in the valley looking for a trustworthy plumber! He now has our business for all our plumbing needs!!! Incredible incredible incredible!!! We had to have our water heater replaced so I did a quick Google search for some of the best plumbing companies. This one was definitely at the top of that list. Alan and his dad came out and installed a new water heater right away. The prices were fair, the customer service and responsiveness was fantastic, and they cleaned up everything after they were done with the job. They will definitely be on my speed dial for any other plumbing projects that I need taken care of. Would highly recommend. Edit: I had him come out again to fix a leaky toilet. He was able to come within a matter of hours and fix everything. Very prompt and very considerate. Wore shoe cover each time he came in my house.

I requested estimates from several plumbers. I won't name names but the 1st started at $2400. During his visit he came down to $1100, The next plumber ended up at $950. I wanted the garbage disposal moved from one sink to other. (I bought the disposal) Then wanted a section of the kitchen main line snaked ( appx 4 feet) Finally needed a new arrangement of PVC drain pipe under the sink. Springs Plumbing (Alan) emailed me, gave me a quote and his quote was 1/4 the cost of the high bidders. I admit I was leery. Alan arrived on time and did all the work requested and was a joy to visit with while he was working. I would not hesitate to hire him again, I was so satisfied with his work that he reluctantly accepted a tip. I just lucked on to Alan, but very glad I did. I can say nothing negative about him or his work. If you need a plumber look no further. Sink drains great and my wife is ecstatic

I can't say enough about Allan and his team. During a remodel, a brass fitting fell down one of the toilets' drains during toilet replacement. The issue layer dormant for a while until it worked it way down the main sewer line. We had two other companies out. They automatically wanted to charge us $5-7k to break open the floor, cut the pipe, remove the fitting, and put everything back. This would have been a nightmare inside our newly remodeled home. Allan worked for hours and would not give up with the snake and a camera until he was able to push the brass fitting down the sewer line to a place where he could retrieve it. He didn't take the easy way out. He took his time and did it the right way. I've been in business for over 20 years. Allan runs his company the way a business owner should. We should support small businesses like Springs Plumbing and not give into the sales tactics of the larger companies. Great job, Allan. I can't tell you how much we appreciate you. By the way, Allan did the job for significantly less than his competitors.
